S'mores Cookie Cups - Gluten Free

S'mores are a classic summer campfire treat & s'mores treats just seem to be everywhere this time of year so why not a gluten free cookie cup? This recipe took a bit of trial and error to get right but the results are perfection! I have used chocolate chunks in this recipe, marshmallows & scratch made by me gluten free graham crackers (you can find the graham crackers in a separate listing for the gluten sensitive people to join in making s'mores) and arrive in a twelve count!

INGREDIENTS:

gluten free flour blend, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, granulated sugar, brown sugar, shortening, honey, molasses, vanilla extract, cage free eggs, almond milk, unsalted butter, chocolate chunks, marshmallows
