These treats were at almost every pot luck and gathering when I was growing up & now I'm the one getting to make them! If you aren't familiar, they are like a peanut butter rice crispie with a chocolate-butterscotch topping.

Each bar is roughly 3" x 3" (photos show 1.5x1.5" because I cut them for my kids to have)
