Normally I keep these descriptions short & sweet but...It's hatch green chile time!
Maybe you don't know of green chiles, may be you do, I didn't understand the LIFESTYLE of green chiles at all until I met my Denver born & raised partner. If you go to Colorado, you can get green chile on everything and it is the best!! But, we aren't always in CO so we also have a stock pile at home. This is the first year I decided to actually can my own New Mexico grown (Hatch, NM is a fun place we visited when we lived in El Paso) Hatch Green Chiles, we usually freeze them but that takes up space! Now I'm passing that bounty onto you all with these Hatch Green Chile Cheese Biscuits!
These are just lightly spicy, lovely green chile flavor with some cheddar cheese throughout. I made these to go with beans for dinner & then made myself a breakfast sammie for lunch, biscuits are so versatile!
Available in 4 or 8 counts! These are large palm size biscuits, they aren't flaky because gluten free but they are fluffy drop style biscuits! Regarding cost, these are made with good quality gf baking flour, cheddar cheese (8 oz!), chiles, lots of butter, and those costs add up.
