These are available in a 6 count or 12 count, they freeze like a dream, I use them as a grab and go breakfast or snack for my kids. Portable food as you dash out the door! You can also find these in another listing where I've added oats and used maple syrup and coconut oil instead of vegetable oil and granulated sugar.
