Gluten Free Masa Corn Muffins

I make tamales often so there is always a bag of masa in the cabinet of my kitchen but you can use masa in several ways, it's great because it's gluten free and adds a nice corn flavor to whatever it is used in. These Sweet Masa Harina Muffins are so delicious with a green chile, enchiladas, along side beans, anytime really! Order is for 6 standard size muffins.
