One of the things I missed the most when I was eating a ketogenic diet was crackers! There is so much fat and meat eating and it felt like so many things were soft and I just wanted some crunch!! My favorite way to eat these is with pimento cheese from a place called Sweet Cheeks (if you're ever in Jackson Hole, WY hit them up!) but now I make my own, you can find super easy recipes online.
